I have London Blitz and Death Trap, both CIB... carts and manuals in excellent condition, though boxes are a bit wasted. NTSC, but located in Brazil. Shipping will go for something around uS$ 20 to 30.

 

If you buy both, I can give you a spare Shuttle Orbiter with some writing on the label....
