What is the pitch of the TI99/4A cartridge port?

Is 0.1" (2.54mm)? Thank you! I am trying to see if I can do a RAM expansion board through the cartridge port or the expansion port. It seems like I have to have something called the PEB (TI's original expansion board) to do a RAM expansion board through the expansion port? Or, as another choice, I can do a RAM expansion via the cartridge port?

You won't be able to do a 32K RAM expansion through the cartridge port--you don't have access to all of the address lines you need there. You can use the side port to make one though--and without the PEB. There are at least a dozen commercial variants that did just that back in the day. And 0.1" is 2.54mm, I just included both equivalents as we have folks from all over the world here.
