Connecting COMMAND to PROCEED both ways lets Computer A signal to Computer B (or vice versa) that it wants something. Without that functionality, each computer has to constantly monitor the serial port; perhaps OK for a game, but a loss of processing power when you're trying to do other things on the computers. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
