I'm surprised to see little activity here in regards to Nintendo's E3 showing.

 

What are your thoughts on what they have unveiled or demonstrated?

Where do people even watch E3? I didn't catch one second of it and haven't really payed attention to it in years (there not being much "retro" stuff there and all...)

I just watched the Nintendo updates from E3 on YouTube.

 

You have to watch it just to see the muppets.

 

Nintendo uses Nintendo Direct throughout the year to make announcement rather than keep them all until E3 so I wasn't expecting a lot to be announced.

It's not really worth paying attention to. A few years back regular fans/gamers were banned from the show, so the only coverage coming out of there is from wanna-be journalists toting the company line about their products. It's all so see-through and fake. I can just watch gameplay videos, no need for the 'life-changing' hype.
