someone3760
I haven't been able to do much searching, but I was wondering if common games are still cheap to buy. I was reading several threads and people were saying mixed things, some said that commons are cheap while others said that common games are getting more expensive. Would I be able to get common games for like $0.25 each maybe? By the way, I bet I am probably the youngest person interested in Atari stuff besides your guy's kids or something (only half joking ). Thanks for reading!
Philflound
I doubt you'll get any games for 25 cents. Though you can probably pick up lots on Ebay or in the wild where you'll average 50 cents to $1 per game. Paying $1-2 for R1-3 should be easy though. Skippy B. Coyote
It really depends on where you look. Ebay and pawn shop prices tend to be a bit higher than what you'll find in local game stores that specialize in retro games. Prices may vary depending on where you live, but here in Minnesota most local game stores sell the vast majority of Atari 2600 games (outside of a few well known and rare games like H.E.R.O.) for $1 to $3 a piece. I'd recommend just taking a peek around your local mom and pop game stores and seeing what you can find.
BassGuitari
Not as cheap as they used to be, but still pretty cheap.
Nutsy Doodleheimer
Jin hit it spot on. Ebay you will find a common cart vary on average for like $1-$5. But in retro stores they go for $1-$3 a cart. Best bet is garage sales or flea markets for cheaper prices.
