Hello to everybody , I live in Italy , I own a PAL version of 130 xe since the end of '80.

Last year i restart playing with it.

I recently buy some games, including the space shuttle simulation game , very impressive for that times.

Now i wanted to buy a sealed copy of the cartride Atlantis from IMAGIC at about 40 euro ,for playing not for collecting.

Can you tell me if it works on 130 XE ? Have you tested it personally?

i have read that this game can have problem working on the xe . I have a Pal version

Well,

 

I have two Imagic carts in my collection, one is "Demon Attack" which only works with the OLD-OS (OS-A or OS-B), the other one is "Atlantis" which works on my PAL 800XL computers (with standard XL-OS Rev. 2). I do not have any XE computers, but since the game works on a 576k Atari 800XL, it should also work on a 130XE...

You definitely need a larger collection of Cartridges. Even the cheap ones on E-Bay are fun to play. Or trade locally several members here on AtariAge live in or close to Italy
