+therealbountybob
If you missed round 1 just post a late score and join in round 2! We'll give the games that didn't win poll 1 another chance, along with the fantastic Zybex. After this round well have our first single player poll, where all five of one players picks are in the same poll! So If you've not added your 5 favourites to the games list then please do so. Poll closes shortly after round 1 finishes More info on the games may be found on atarimania. Any questions just post Zybex HSC Rating 9 Best budget game ever, you bet. Zybex is a great horizontal shooter, you automatically fire but can toggle the collected weapons. 16 Planets to beat. Fandal XEX Neptune's Daughter HSC Rating 7 Fairly easy game to start with but does get increasingly harder though somewhat repetitive, though somewhat repetitive. Shoot the octopus and various growing thingys, escape each screen... warning: contains some nudity! Fandal XEX Super Pac-Man HSC Rating 8 Door busting madness, pac-man on steroids. Great, intense game. Atarionline.pl XEX Listen to the new Antic Pod Cast from Landon Dyer who was the programmer of Super Pac-man and Donkey Kong no less Fort Apocalypse HSC Rating 8 Excellent cavern based chopper shooter, slightly flawed scoring as you get points for destroying all the scenery, completable and think it has a ranking so we can use that too. Fandal XEX Toy Swap HSC Rating: U From the abbuc software contest, a nice game where you align three tiles and try to drop down/destroy items, has some variation in the game. SHiNjide
Toy Swap could be a little to casual for this, but it's new, so I give it a chance!
Marius
If we play Zybex... are we free to pick the order in which we complete the levels after level 1? Edited January 31, 2016 by ProWizard
Deteacher
If we play Zybex... are we free to pick the order in which we complete the levels after level 1? You mean it's possible to beat level 1??? Damn, this is a tough game. If we play Zybex, I fear I'll be at the bottom of the leaderboard, looking up.
+therealbountybob
If we play Zybex... are we free to pick the order in which we complete the levels after level 1? yes I think so and we might play for levels completed with a bonus for score You mean it's possible to beat level 1??? Damn, this is a tough game. If we play Zybex, I fear I'll be at the bottom of the leaderboard, looking up. I had a quick look at it on NTSC using emulator - certainly it's faster. Not played it for years but it's not overly tough - the levels are short and the same each time so there is a good learning curve. Bluecat is NOT looking forward to playing Zybex!! Still time for more votes EVERYONE! After this round the runner up games will go in the HSC recycling bin
