ArcadeJunkie Posted March 15, 2016 Share Posted March 15, 2016 I have a roller controller for the cdi, but I can't get any response from the rolling mechanism. Buttons work fine, only the rolling is non-responsive. I have heard of this happenening to many other people, but not much about troubleshooting. I took it apart to look inside and everything actually looks really clean. I did full trace check, cable/connector check, and have verified all resistors/capacitors. The only thing I can think of is something with the opto circuit. My next step was going to be to replace the ic, but its hard finding a "Zilog KY900137". Any thoughts on what else it could be?
