+save2600
Just realized I've got an incredibly screwy Xonox double-ender here. Chuck Norris plays perfectly fine and the colors are correct for NTSC play. Artillery Duel OTOH is PAL! Ground is green, but most of the mountain is purple. Title screen comes up and does not scroll. Hit reset and the game scrolls as you'd expect a PAL game to behave on our TV's. WTF? Anyone else run across such a double-ender before? One end PAL, the other NTSC? How's that for a variant? Should fetch "big bucks", huh?
CPUWIZ
Yep, cracked tons of them open, the back of the PCB actually says PAL on it.

CPUWIZ
Tons? Damn, oh well. Yep, I am sure atari181 can back this up as well, as he has stripped at least 40-50 double enders as well.

And when you come across those elusive end caps you can give them to your completest crackhead friends to make them happy

Don't tell me those are worth something now…

+save2600
Yes, they are rare, I don't think I have any. Could reproduce those fairly easily enough if someone wanted. Complete with bugs/wings/legs, eggs, cobwebs, hair, scabs and whatever the hell else would get stuck to 'em.
