8-bit ISA Compact Flash Hard Drive w/ Boot Rom

Has anyone used one of these on a Tandy 1000? If so, does it work, is it a good option, etc?

I have a Tandy 1000TX with a single floppy. I need to figure out how best to move forward with this machine. I really don't want to put a mechanical hard drive in the machine. Playing games is a pain currently with only one floppy.

I have a board that functions identically except that it has an IDE header instead of a compact flash connector, it it works great in my TX.
