eightbit
While getting the kids goodies together I figured I'd pillage the various semi vintage (circa 2004-2006) machines I have had in the attic for a few years that were given to me from here or there and build one good system. My trusty E510 was up there with a 5150 and an Optiplex G260 (if I recall). All were in states of missing something or other. I ended up making one E510 with a P4 3.0GHz CPU, 4GB of memory, 80GB SATA hard drive, and some cards including a JMicron SATA/IDE PCIe 1x card, Geforce 8400GS BFG 512MB card (PCI unfortunately...didn't have a PCIe card), and a firewire PCI card. Thing runs like new...Windows 7 updates are installing on it now. I love bringing these machines back from the dead
