Vectrexer
I am a little surprised at the various answers so far on a Facebook group question posed. So I am reposting that question here for comments. I'll chime in later with my opinion on the answer. Query to the newbies in the group. What constitutes a complete in box (CIB) Star Trek? Let me add here this is about a used CIB Star Trek. A new, and/or new sealed game would be a different animal. #Vectrex #CompleteInBox #CIB #WhatIsIt #StarTrek Edited January 16, 2017 by Vectrexer
lazzeri
Hi, I would say that it must be AT LEAST a box, manual, plastic crate, cart and Overlay. The Overlay envelope is a great extra but I don´t really feel that it´s needed for CIB. The paperwork (Passport, EGM discount voucher) is not mandatory for CIB, IMHO.

Blazing Lazers
Just saw this thread, and it reminded me of an encounter I had regarding this exact situation a bit back: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/239097-avoid-ebay-seller-mtmonks-aka-monksmedia/?hl=%2Bebay+%2Bvectrex+%2Bspike&do=findComment&comment=3251744
