It's a fact. While I don't like the chicken as a meat product, I do like them as an animal. Like the guy who made Earthworm Jim's obsession with cows. I was going through some stuff in the garage when I noticed my Playstation. I thought to myself "I think I'll play some Playstation tonight." It had been a while since I played Mort the Chicken, so I popped it in there. I forgot what the goal in each level was, but it quickly came to me: To find all the lost chicks and bring them back to the well. It's like that Saturn Sonic game meets Earthworm Jim. And the best part is it's in 3D. I have yet to run into a boss. I figure it's because the levels alone are hard enough. Most of your time is spent finding the chicks. And once you do, they automatically follow you, unless you run into an enemy. This gets frustrating because if you run into an enemy, the chick goes back to the place you first discovered it. Argh! So anyway, I finished a level without dying and saved my progress. I looked on GameFAQs and there is no FAQ for the game, so if I get stuck, I'm stuck. There are cheats to unlock every level, though I'm not sure if they would work or not. And what would be the point of unlocking all of them if there's no boss? The enemies? They're cubes. That's right. Cubes. Of all shapes and sizes. Sounds like a game test got into the final game, right? Well, while the game would be better using a joystick to move Mort around in the 3D worlds, I wonder how it would work since the d pad movement seems clumsy at times.
