Gamer888
I know this topic has been adressed a bit everywhere including here but I have some specific questions I can't find an answer of! I have a 3DO sanyo with its controller. The cable is a bit short for my living room setting and I thought about plugging a genesis/megadrive cord extension but although it does fit the 3do sanyo system, it doesn't fit the 3do controller. If I plug a panasonic 3do controller on a genesis extention cord on a 3do sanyo system...are there any risks to break the controller or the extension cable?? I heard not all 3do controllers are compatible with their "sister" system. Thanks!

Even though I don't own a 3do, I can at least confirm that any 9 pin DB9 extension cable by sega or any other company will not hurt anything. There are no additional electronics in those extension cables, it's just straight wires, nothing to injure or cause injury. Now whether or not different 3do controllers will affect certain 3do consoles I can't say.
