I saw this at a retro gaming store. What does it do?

Mini Expander - was an expansion system that made game playing more
exciting and easier. Came with 2 detachable 6 key 16 position disk hand
controllers (similar to Intellivision controllers but with 6 keys instead
of 12 and no side fire buttons). The unit added 2 additional sound
channels. Had two cartridge slots one for a memory cartridge and the
other for a program cartridge.

UPDATE:  Not trying to be an ass by just copying and pasting info.  I have one of these too yet forgot the facts involved :P

It turned the Aquarius into the system it should have been from the start.  :P  (Not that it really ever should have been at all by the time it came out. ;) :-D

FileForm and FinForm require it as they're both cartridge programs that require an additional 16K RAM cartridge.

Many years ago I acquired an Aquarius hand controller with replaced cable. I was quite surprised the first time I came across the computer itself and found it had nowhere to insert the cable, but that it was part of an expansion unit.
