Another book by Dynamite, written by Max Bemis.

Bemis has a decent following. Looks like Dynamite is putting some serious effort in to their atari books.

At least they're dropping the stupid elves and magic wand crap. Even as a kid I never liked that. To me it was just a shooter and the story made no sense. If anything a sci-fi, mutant bug angle made more sense but that's me.

Very cool! It looks like no small amount of inspiration for the comic was drawn from the more recent game Centipede: Infestation, which was actually a surprisingly good game. A lot like a cross between Centipede and Robotron 2084, and definitely a game that every Wii owner with a Classic Controller should have in their collection if they're a fan of Centipede.

The variant covers are by some established names, too. Good on Dynamite!

I've already pre-ordered the Swordquest Atari 2600 variant cover. Guess I'll go back and snag the Centipede one as well!! Thanks
