eightbit
I have been using the usual five pin DIN to a/v composite cable to drive the audio (and leaving the video portion dangling) as I use the F18A for video. I was also using a series of adapters to get the connection to a pair of stereo PC speakers (but get mono out of both speakers obviously). I wanted a cleaner connection for this so I purchased this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Premium-0-5m-5Pin-Din-Male-to-3-5mm-Stereo-Female-Audio-Cable-Nickel-Plated/132151429316?_trksid=p3693.c100102.m2452&_trkparms=ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140212121249%26meid%3Da370f1aa50ee400fba59eb9e0ba2bd7b%26pid%3D100102%26 It works! But, of course as it is a stereo connection only one speaker is outputting the sound. So, I also purchased this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002EOHX0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I should be able to plug this little dongle into the cable and convert the sound to dual mono....which should do the trick. I figured I'd share this as it is a nice clean alternative to using PC speakers and making it look legit
