What's up with "NTSC" Bit Corp releases?

The color is really messed up on the official Puzzy releases as well as the Brazilian pirates. Are there any NTSC Hacks of Bit Corp releases that have proper color in an NTSC format or is PAL still the only way to enjoy these titles with normal colors.

I do find it odd that the official NTSC Puzzy releases have goofy colors, and even more strange that the Australian PAL Goliath cartridges with official shells and PCBs are just bad NTSC hacks playable on PAL format. Lol.

And yes, to those that are unsure, check out the blue skies in Bobby is Going Home on PAL versus the very weird purple sky in "NTSC" versions. There are other notable faults found in other titles.

I do wonder why there were no legitimate ports for the official releases, as they all suffer the same fate as the hacks.

Please compare "Bobby" below in original PAL vs purple skies in the NTSC version.

The NTSC sky is $7e where it should be $8e to look good (though $ae would be better).

Maybe the conversion was done on a bad adjusted console and/or TV. But most likely the hacker/developer simply used a color replacement table with a bug.

You sound extremely knowledgeable, thank you. I'd love for NTSC users to one day enjoy these titles in their full glory. :)
