jasonw970
Hello, First time poster, long time lurker/visitor. Does anyone know why Atari changed the name of Basic Math to Fun With Numbers? It is the same game, right? It appears they are the same game, just renamed. Just curious if anyone know why the rename or if I am totally wrong in this. Thank you, Jason Edited October 14, 2017 by jasonw970
BassGuitari
Welcome! Basic Math and Fun With Numbers are, inde ed, the same game.As to why the name was changed, I'm actually not sure. Hunt & Score was changed to A Game Of Concentration around the same time, as well. I can only guess that marketing was behind it, though. Harrison
Fun With Numbers sounds more fun, maybe. Who wants to play "Basic Math"? It sounds like homework.
CPUWIZ
Fun With Numbers sounds more fun, maybe. Who wants to play "Basic Math"? It sounds like homework. That is probably precisely the reason.
