SMD soldering help in Europe?

Is there anyone in Europe who can help a fellow TI user with some SMD soldering? One of the voltage regulators on their F18A blew, but they really don't do any soldering. It is only an $0.80 part, and pretty easy to replace (SOT-26-6 package), but shipping it back to me in the U.S. is stupid expensive (it is really sad how much shipping costs these days!)

Oh, and in the meantime, the failed component is the 3.3V / 2.5V dual voltage regulator, part number MIC5320 in a TSOT-23-6 package:

I'm pretty sure you can probably source that part from a European supplier. It is about $0.80 from Mouser and Digikey.
