+atari2600land
For those in the Intellivision community and those who read my blogs, you'll know that I have been making an Intellivision game called "My History Teacher Ate Lemons." Which is not the same as the ASM 2600 game I attempted earlier. Well, after going along in INTV game, I decided to port that INTV game to the 2600. After all, my username isn't "INTVland." This is sort of a cross between Pitfall and Adventure, where the goal is to keep going right no matter what is blocking you, you need to find a way to make it not block your progress. I am planning on making this a 32k game, with each level taking up 2 banks, (or 8k.) So here is what I have so far. Once you get to the lemon, the current build ends and it marks where I've stopped work. Perhaps I can make a fancy title screen and ending with the 8k I have left (8x3=only 24.) But for now, there isn't one. The one main difference between Pitfall and this game is in this game, there's always something new to discover, whereas in Pitfall, you just keep repeating the same few screens over and over again. This is the one hard part of programming this game. mhta2600l2.bas.bin
