Received mine in the mail Monday! So awesome to have my Tempest 2k in a tray now instead of flopping around inside the box. They are tricky to get folded into shape. I used a medium sized flat blade screw driver to get into the sections to separate them open on the sides and get them started and then just have to push in on the sides to have them essentially pop into place. From there is it pretty self explanatory to fold the rest of the flaps in.

But these are nice to have and I will likely use them to replace a few others that are getting weak at holding the carts in properly.

This is awesome! You have some pretty cool stuff dude. I've talked to you on ebay before about the clear carts and red carts. I got impatient back a couple months ago and got a clear instead of the red for my skunkboard but you have some awesome stuff! I am glad you are also working on that procontroller as well!

I purchased these recently on eBay from the new group that purchased Mortoff Games last summer. Admittedly, I'm having trouble putting these together. Almost appears as if areas that need to be folded and/or "punched out" are glued shut, but I'm sure it's more a case of user error. Regardless, I'm totally at a loss and have already destroyed two of them. Not my proudest moment. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. I know William got out of the biz, but maybe @Starwander can provide some guidance?

Thanks, William. ^Cro§Bow^ was kind enough to make a video tutorial for me of the trick he used to get his working as they should. A flat blade screwdriver wedged into four corners got the job done. These things should come with instructions haha. Very glad you had them made. Thanks again.
