ivop
As a result of this thread, there's now: https://github.com/ivop/xatmas2I contacted the original author of Codegen V2.6.2 (Richard Jackman) about its license and it turned out to be in the public domain. To avoid confusion (codegen is pretty common), I renamed it to xatmas2 (pronounce cross atmas two). I did some clean up and removed a lot of legacy code that is no longer useful. The codebase is now under 1900 lines. There still could be done a lot to improve it. A lot of limits are hardcoded, tons of global variables, command line options for certain features, et cetera, but for now it's already pretty usable. It assembles, for example, the disassembled Atmas II source code to an identical binary. Ivo

I don't see much worth bringing back to 2018. Most, if not all, can be done with recent tools IMHO. Could you explain what you would like to see?
