It's not possible to answer as just a user.

 

Another idea: If OSS language cartridges are plugged in, disable them as well if not needed. Very few programs do that actually though it's not a big deal.

 

Sorry, this is my first poll. There doesn't seem to be an option for non-mandatory questions, so I just added N/A option for the first two questions.

I believe this has been a rather fruitful discussion.

 

  1. There are some of us who have deep knowledge of all tricks and traps that we can encounter during loading of our programs. Thank you for your insights, gentlemen.
  2. Some of us (myself included) are aware, but don't do everything exactly right. Now we have an opportunity to improve our code. We will do better next time.

Now please excuse me, I have one monolithic binary load file to fix before it gets published :-)
