+Lathe26
Is this show a decent one? It's decent but not huge. A little bigger than VRGE in Vancouver, BC but way smaller than PRGE in Portland, OR. Most of what's for sale at SRGE will show up later at PRGE. It's fun and worth driving a few hours to but I wouldn't recommend flying out to it.
+Lathe26
Side note: VRGE in Vancouver, BC is going on on June 23rd. I'm a 'maybe' on being able to go to that one. http://www.vancouvergamingexpo.com/ Edit: I'm now a 'yes' with tickets purchased. New thread created in 3, 2, 1... carlsson
I suppose you mean "most of what doesn't sell at SRGE will show up later at PRGE", or are the majority of buyers at SRGE purchasers looking for good deals to flog in their turn at PRGE? Rev
Any Intellivision action going on at this show?
+Lathe26
There is usually a small amount of Intellivision stuff but mainly commons. The one year there was a good amount was the year I was a vendor.
colormesticky
My sister lives in Seattle. I'll have to convince her she should go, maybe mention a couple NES manuals I need she should watch out for. I'll tell her to say hi to people buying Intellivision stuff though.

Let me know if you think your sister will need help finding game manuals, especially if she's not a gamer. Conversely, if she's good at finding game manuals, I'd probably just get in her way (I don't know NES that well).
colormesticky
She's a modern player, as opposed to my retro collector, but she still has most of our old NES stuff. She'd know what to look out for if I sent her a list. I know she's been wanting NES/GBA multicarts, so maybe the prospect of finding those would get her to go check it out.
+Lathe26
Just a reminder that Seattle's SRGE is coming up in a 1.5 weeks. Besides Special Teams and myself, anyone else going?
+DZ-Jay
Just a reminder that Seattle's SRGE is coming up in a 1.5 weeks. Besides Special Teams and myself, anyone else going? Nope. It'll just be you two throughout the entire thing. It's a very small expo.

A working Amstrad play Tetris (note the Intellivisions in the background) There is quite a lot to see in the background. Defender Of The Crown & Sim City, both probably for Amiga. And Sega CD games. colormesticky
What are the knitted things? Wall hangings? I always appreciate stuff like that and I hope sellers come out ahead after shows, but the crossover between gaming/pop culture and fiber arts is a niche within a niche. Kinda hoping the dice trays makes it to Portland.
+Lathe26
Nerd Wood should be at PRGE since he was there last year. Expect him to show up with dice holders, picnic carriers, wall mountable beer openers, and Groot flower pots. He shows up in the below PRGE 2017 video at 2:52. https://youtu.be/AH9zQraA93o
+Lathe26
Not sure about the knitted things, but I am guessing wall mountable or usable on the floor (but that would wear them out). I didn't ask but thought they were cool looking.
