RockyRaccoon Posted June 14, 2018 Share Posted June 14, 2018 I've recently placed an order on May 30th with The GOAT Store: https://www.goatstore.com/ Since then, the package has not gone out nor are they replying to my customer support system messages. Did something happen? Are they at some convention or something? (I know this was the case on one of my last orders.). Did something else happen? I got maybe two replies back the whole time saying they had misplaced one of the items and we're looking for it-- then said they found it and they'd work on getting it out and I actually got a tracking number, but it's been sitting on 'Preshipment, USPS is awaiting the Item' since 6/27. I dunno what's going on. :-/. They're not replying to the last three ticket replies I've sent them. Once again, any light anyone can shed would be great. EDIT: As a note. I'm not doing this as a 'review' or trying to rub The GOAT Store through the dirt here, I'm just trying to figure out where my order is. :-/. and trying to do that via any method available to me. So I Became Wary Of Doing Business With them,I Realize Like Everyone Else These Things Happen,But We Need To Be Careful Nowadays.
