+eebuckeye
I am not certain on how to tell.. Any ideas? Thanks!
+save2600
Don't think Macs ever used phone jack styled keyboard cables. My guess is either the Adam or Amiga 1000, though the factory A1000 keyboard looks a bit different than that pictured. If it's an Adam keyboard, I'd offer to buy (if you don't need it) as my system is missing its cable.
Osgeld
if you hold both ends in the same orientation do the wire colors changed positions and how does that compare to the pinouts of either system it could just be a phone cord heh

Bruce Tomlin
the original and 512k mac's used them, the SE was the first mac with ADB They were a particular dark beige color with a matte finish. They were also crimped with the pinout flipped opposite from typical phone cables, you don't want to get that wrong, it could potentially damage the keyboard. They were also 4 wires. I can't tell much from that picture but it's definitely not a Mac keyboard cable. I can't tell whether it's 4 or 6 wires, but if it's coiled and 6 wires, at least you know it's not just a plain old phone handset cable. +eebuckeye
Thank you.. I am fairly certain it is an Adam serial cable but wanted to make sure.
