Mass convert PC file to TIFILES

I need to mass convert a bunch of PC files to DF/128. TI99Dir only does one file at a time and I tried using DM2K in Classic99 with appropriate DSK devices settings but I get a error reading the source.

 

I am sure someone has a quick and easy way to do this. Right?

I had to fix the import in TIImageTool for binary DF128 import, but it works now. However, you have to do two clicks with your mouse per file.

It works, thank you. It sucks for 257 files, but it works.

Please verify with some of the imported files that everything has been imported correctly. If it is good for two or three files from your set, the rest should be OK as well.

You should definitely not import so many files.

How should anyone know there is someone with so many files?

This software is not intended to work with imported files.

You know that every import will make it worse.

Importing is a dead end. It will bite you sooner or later, and you will remember my words.

If you want to do so, stay with Windows.

PC files already are DF128 - by default that's the format they'll be stored as if received via XMODEM without any header.

 

Sounds like you've already solved your problem, but as always, if Classic99 is throwing a disk error you don't understand, the log should provide some input as to why. Reading PC files directly under Classic99 is supported but can be tricky since it will try to do text files differently by default.
