My name is Lee, and I am talking to a source about making patches, either reproducing the Activision classics clearly marked 'R' or 'repro', and perhaps creating original patches for homebrew titles, open to suggestions for score award/proof or just having them for sale, I prefer actually requiring score proof for the fun factor, yes I would have to charge for each patch, thinking between $6-$10 per. http://atariage.com/forums/topic/280682-real-activision-repro-patches-high-score-rewards/ Please weigh in if you can!
