+Karl G
I'm aware of only one 4-player homebrew game: Medieval Mayhem. What others are there, if any?
gauauu
It's not released yet, but I'm still slowly working on my multi-cart of 4-player games, which will be bundled with a 4-player joystick adapter.

I'd love to create batari BASIC games that support your joystick adapter. If you had plans to create a mini kernel for bB I'm sure it'd help recoup some costs
gauauu
I'd love to create batari BASIC games that support your joystick adapter. If you had plans to create a mini kernel for bB I'm sure it'd help recoup some costs My plan is to have some example code that uses the DPC+ kernel, and a custom include file that has some simple bB functions for reading the 4 controllers. So yeah, bB support should be pretty straightforward. (my quad-games cart is partially written in bB with the DPC+ kernel, although I ended up going back and re-writing a lot of parts in assembly to optimize for speed and space). When I finish, I also plan to release my forked version of stella that includes the adapter, to make testing/debugging easier. The part I'm still struggling with is that my current hardware design causes some sort of RF interference. It works fine on systems that are modded for other video outputs, but causes weird static/flicker using the normal RF output.
+SpiceWare
I also plan to release my forked version of stella that includes the adapter, to make testing/debugging easier. Stella already supports homebrew hardware like the AtariVox and SaveKey, so once you're done I think you should work with stephena to get it in the official release.

Yes, I've been following your thread about this and I'm looking forward to seeing it both as a player and a developer.
+fdr4prez
There's been a number of older threads about 4 person games, but not one specifically asking about homebrews:http://atariage.com/forums/topic/193618-4-player-simultaneous-atari-2600-games/http://atariage.com/forums/topic/73735-four-player-games-on-the-2600http://atariage.com/forums/topic/117531-list-of-4-player-games-for-2600/ I think the only other homebrew (besides Medieval Mayhem) mentioned in those previous threads was a prototype called Pressure Gauge 2 from AA member Propane13, but I can't find any thread or link about it. Yeah, once I have the hardware stable and ready for release, I'd plan to make a pull request to the official release and see what I could do about getting it added. That assumes I get the bugs all worked out eventually!
