I recently came into possession of a large Atari lot and it seems that I've stumbled across something quite rare. It's a copy of "Cardiac Arrest" by Mad Scientist Software. I searched Ebay, including sold listings and found nothing. The only thing I could really find on Atari Age was a post where there was a small amount of software that people have not been able to get a verified dump of the rom. This was on it.
