digdugnate
I poked around here and on the net briefly, but I couldn't find a ready answer- does 'Captain Toad' require you to use motion controls to play the game on the Switch? Flojomojo
I actually prefer it on 3DS for that reason https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2018-captain-toad-treasure-tracker-switch-3ds-analysis If you have both systems, try both demos and see which you prefer. The Switch version is prettier. They cost the same.
digdugnate
cool deal- i'll check it out.
digdugnate
well, i did check out both versions and liked both pretty well. the clincher was that one of our local Wally-Worlds had the Switch version for $39 so I picked up while we were there getting some other stuff. Being a completionist, some of the levels are deceptively tricky! It will be a fun diversion from Breath of the Wild or Octopath.
Flojomojo
I think $39 is the standard price, but no matter, it's a nice little game, definitely good for people who want to 100% everything. I should come back to it.
godslabrat
I love the Wii U version. Hoping for a sequel when the rerelease runs out of steam.
