Avram Posted November 12, 2003 Share Posted November 12, 2003 I'm playing with some ideas I had long ago and was wondering which grahpics programs are considered best for designing and animating sprites. And is Envision the best piece of software for redesigning character sets to build up backgrounds in Antic mode 4? Either programs on the PC or Atari 8-bit would be great.
