Ok, I'm on what I think is the final level of this game and I can't find the last cage! I think it's on the beach level where you got to jump from beach ball to beach ball, but I looked all over and can't find it.

Yeah I think it was the Eat at Joes level. I remember on one of the next levels you had to ride these little platforms over spikes and hit switches to change tracks (it was damn hard).

I was using a walkthrough to find the cages, but I think it was for another system since not all the levels were the same. Some of the cages they mentioned were in different areas or missing altogether. It said that the cage I'm missing is on the large island in the center of the level.

I haven't had a chance to replay this level again, but I think I know where the cage might be:

On the level where you first move to the left, then have to punch the electrical plug into the wall, and then take a UFO ride back to the right. When the UFO starts moving down right near the end of the level, stay on the right hand side of the UFO, and you should hear a "ding" that means something appeared. I'm not sure where it appears, but I think you have to ignore the exit and take another trip through the level to look for it (it's not a big level thankfully)

Or, it might be on the level you mention that is entirely UFO rides... Right near the end, you have to take the UFO far to the left (the exit is to the upper right), and I think there's a cage over there. I also have vague memories of a cage appearing underneath the platform that has the exit sign... it appears along with some clouds and stuff I believe

Sorry if my explanations are poor... it's been a while since I played those levels.

Are you talking about the "Eat at Joe's" level? I don't remember exactly where all the cages are on there, but I'll take a look and see if I can find them all again today (I used to play this game non-stop, and can probably beat it in an hour now). I remember some of the cages in the later levels were actually fairly hard to find, and especially annoying since you had to go through the entire level over again simply because you missed one cage.

  • 2 weeks later...

... No, I still haven't gotten around to figuring out where these cages are... sorry about that. But, I should mention that as far as I know, the Jaguar version of Rayman is the same as the PC and Playstation version (And probably the Gameboy Advance version too), so if your FAQ isn't clear, you could try looking for a FAQ based on a different machine.
