Heaven/TQA Posted December 30, 2003 Share Posted December 30, 2003 i am interested how many of you have old code lying around on your harddiscs/5,25 discs... i like the stories behind them... so i start with my 1st "big production"... i just watched my old carpe demo... hahahaha... what kind of fun... i can't remember when i have coded that little thing... but must be around 1994-1996... i "love" the unusual use of the atari hardware esp. the master of the lamp part just done via playmissle + DLIs... and the music... oh my god... the mix of metal, amiga mod files, pegasus soundmon demo files, loading percussion music typed in from a magazine, but the best is the last credits part with U2s 2 complete tracks (i haven't found what i am looking for + with or without you...) and the ripped doves from summer games... with stupid flying routines... (moving the same sine tables like the gates... hahahha) and one of the best jokes in the text is "the old email adress is not valid anymore" hahahhaaa... the new mentioned as well... and the "shell to hell" statement... hahaha must be the sinking of brent spar? can't remember it exactly... and the don't eat BSE (hahahaha again... i love burger king! i have eaten for 10 years whoppers... and then the 1st BSE hysteria in UK and i stopped for exactly 1 year or 2... can't remember...) carpe.zip Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
