Joel D. Park
All this talking about games in different systems... When I try to play Enduro in my six switch and hit the button, the screen just rolls once and it resets. I thought it may have been the cart, but a couple days I got the PAL Super-Ferrai from Fish and it does the same thing. Just rolls once and resets. 00000000000000000000000000000000000000 Also, did anyone ever figure out about the Jumpping Warlords cart??? and other carts we had that were jumpping. Later, Joel D. Ze_ro
Just to add to the list of weird cartridges, I have a copy of Space Invaders (text label) that works fine on my heavy sixer and on my 2600 Jr... however, on my light 6-switch I only get a black screen. I have no idea what could be causing it, but I was also having problems with a copy of Super Challenge Baseball that wouldn't play on the same system... it turned out that the contacts weren't going far enough into the system (Yet if I tried it on my 2600 Jr, there was no problem). From what I can tell though, the Space Invaders cartridge is getting a proper connection.... --Zero
+-^CrossBow^-
Joel, what I found out is that it was my TV causing the rolling condition with my games. I tried another Television and all those games which previously rolled such as Space Jockey and especially my Wizard of Wor are fine now. However, on the new TV...all the Spectravision carts roll..hehe..Oh well can't win them all ehh?
Joel D. Park
Now I've tried the Jumping Warlords cart on multiple TV's and multiple atari's and it still jumps. Normal Warlords carts never seem to jump. So I don't know. Are you in the U.S.A? I'd be willing to send it your way, just for fun. It's just setting around here collecting dust, I wouldn't want to sell it to anyone.
+-^CrossBow^-
Yeah...I'm in the U.S. Is it possible that it could be a Pal cart that was mislabled and packaged as NTSC? I mean if you can see the picture on the screen...jumping or not...then I would say the Rom is fine. It sounds more like a sync problem. Either way I would be happy to take it off your hands and see what I can tell with it. I can even attempt to dump it and try and compare bin with the warlords rom avail here. Beleive it or not..I don't have a warlords of my own. Probably because the game isn't much fun without others.
