TheBillster
Exactly how many Atari 2600 Games exist? (Not including clones.) Please enter the list if you have it.

Ze_ro
I think considering the huge number of pirates, prototypes, PAL/NTSC, etc, it would be amazingly difficult to come up with a number without guessing. The best you'll probably get is an educated guess. That being said, Good2600 (a program to keep track of Atari 2600 roms) will recognize 1,502 unique roms last I checked. A number of roms have been released since then though, so that number is bound to be off. Wether you'd really consider all 1,502 games to be different is another matter altogether... (A lot of them are NTSC/PAL versions, or pirated versions of River Raid with different colors, etc) --Zero
Thomas Jentzsch
I wrote a little DOS program a while ago, called CloneSpy, which prints out the results of some statistical compares of about 1000 Atari 2600 ROMs. Goto http://www.biglist.com/lists/stella/archives/ and search for "clonespy". Maybe that helps.
