Thelen
hi mylant, just go to the atariage main page and choose in section SYSTEMS => 2600. then choose EMULATION...then you can download a emulator to play your downloaded games TheleN
Malix
Yeah you need to download and emulator. I use Stella and find that it works pretty well with most games. I am sure some will argue for another emulator but I like it. Just do a google search for Stella and you should find it. After that come back here and dowload some .bin files and your good to go. You can play with the keyboard but it makes some games hard.

StanJr
Welcome! Atariage has a pretty decent selection of emus. I used both StellaX and PCAE (but I use PCAE the most). Both are good for games and the atariage ROM archive should keep you busy for a while!) Happy Gaming Stan

Albert
Here are two pages on AtariAge that might help you out: - AtariAge: 2600 Emulation - AtariAge: Beginner's Guide to Emulation The first page contains links to various 2600 emulators (time to add some Linux flavors!) The second page has some basic information about emulation if you're not too familiar with it. Enjoy, ..Al
Mindfield
'Course, there's also this site (which works better through an FTP client) if you don't feel like picking through the pages one by one. (Not that I'm knocking AtariAge, of course, but flipping through multiple pages to download one file is a pet peeve of mine. :-) [ 10-19-2001: Message edited by: Mindfield ]
