The Dreaming Eye
I have for sale or trade seven CD-i betas/prototypes. Also have an unreleased David Robinson Basketball for Game Gear. All are legit and all are in very nice shape! Apprentice - Version 0.8 - Image 1/07/94 - Pressed 7/19/94 Chaos Control CD-I - Version 0.04 - Image 7/29/94 - Pressed 8/20/94 International Tennis Open (2-Player Version) - Version 1.04 - Image 4/25/94 - Pressed 5/3/94 Kingdom - Version 1.01 - Image 12/22/94 - Pressed 1/3/95 NFL Hall of Fame - Version 0.03 - Image 8/10/94 - Pressed 8/18/94 NFL Hall of Fame - Version 1.07 - Image 10/17/94 - Pressed 10/24/94 Master disc used to press OlderGames' GO. Go - Testing Phase 1 - October 8, 1992. R.W. has said that this is the only original prototype for this game that has been found thus far... I also have a PAL Fighting Vipers 2 White Label Beta, that someone can have for $10. I would strongly prefer to trade for other beta/prototype games for disc systems. If you really want a game, I will sell them, just make an offer. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions, concerns, etc. at insidyr at cs dot com. I have references on Digital Press and Assembler. roosmcd
Wacky worlds is about the easiest CD-i disc to find... > Master disc used to press OlderGames' GO. >Go - Testing Phase 1 - October 8, 1992. R.W. has said that this is the >only original prototype for this game that has been found thus far... Hmm, that's interesting. R.W. saying something is the only one, now where did I hear that before? These testing phase ?-discs were most likely pressed in volumes of 10 to 20 discs, rare, but not unique.

The other 6 CD-R protos have Philips labels with all of the information (version, date pressed, etc.) on the insert. How many of THOSE are still floating around today, I have no idea.
