Smada Bez Posted February 25, 2002 Share Posted February 25, 2002 I was playing my 2600 a few days ago and the controller wasn't working right. You would have to push down on the plug where it plugs into the atari to get it to work. Well that worked for a while but now the controller has quit working all together. I know the controller is good because I trid it out on a freind's system. Is there anyway to fix this problem or will I have to buy a new Atari? JCroniger Posted February 25, 2002 Share Posted February 25, 2002 It sounds like the solder joints on the board have come lose. Just take a solder gun and re-solder it. It's not too hard to do.
