The stupid trick with Batman Returns on the Lynx is to just keep on running and not waste time on enemies. I used to die a lot at the exloding building, but with just running I finished level one on the first try. Yes, you are reading that right. You have to make *81* button pushes (and Oh What Fun it is to do along with the music). If you miss one, you have to start all over again. What's the point of having a cheat code that's as hard as the game itself?? On the other hand, it's a great way to find out how much frustration you can take before you start cussing. It didn't matter for me because I'd fall and die on the last level anyway. At which point I'd often yank the cart out and fling it across the room. If you try to play a level with no cheats, die, then try to enter the code at the title screen it most likely won't work. Instead you have to input the code before playing any level (restart the device if required). Even with the code this game is still annoying. How are you supposed to beat the first boss? Punch the duck or the penquin, which is nearly impossible...god. Oh well it will be nice to play it through. There are still so many Lynx games we are missing cheat codes for!! Whoever designed this game probably hated this movie and wanted to make this game as his opinion of it. Lol But seriously! I am only able to make it to the very beginning of level 3!
