Tempest
I got my copy of Phoenix: The Fall and Rise of Videogames today and all I can say is Awesome! This book rocks! While I knew most of the classic info (although there's some behind the scenes stuff that was new to me), I've found the modern system info to be the most interesting. I know almost nothing about systems past the NES and Phoenix has info on all of them (from 1973 to 2000). It's a great read and defintely worth picking up (it's thick too at 300+ pages). I'm going to read this sucker on the plane ride out to the CGE. Tempest

Tempest
I ordered it from Rolenta press. There's a link on the main page somewhere. It's definetly worth it. Tempest
