+Allan
It's a fake. It's not a prototype. Allan

8th lutz
Thanks. Any idea who makes these? Steve It appears Artworx Software Co. Inc. made it with it saying 1984 according to the label. ThaI don't know if was really made by them or not. I know the atari xegs line didn't start until 87. I don't know if that was the label that used by the xegs came out with it saying prototype on it. I don't have any info on the company by using google. I am not familar with the 8 bit line. If it is false which it appears, then I don't know. deathtrappomegranate
Ghost Chaser is a real game, released by Artworx on disk: http://www.atarimania.com/detail_soft.php?...VERSION_ID=2204 It was also released by US Gold in the UK, on cassette. It was not released on cartridge. The cart and labels are fakes. One or two people are known for selling such items without stating that they were "home made". Yea, I didn't mean to imply the game was fake, just the label and that it was never published by Atari. If somebody wanted the cart, they would be better off buying an Atarimax cart.
