Foxsolo2000
I'm a surprise, they don't see me coming, but then again perhaps I shpuld turn my headlights on. My name came from my very first email address, that and the fact that I admire foxes
Ghost Soldier
My name derives from me recently discharging from the military. In effect I am a ghost soldier. A shell of the man I used to be still trying to rejoin reality

Tempest So does the "my brain hurts" come from the Gumby Brain Specialist sketch on Monty Python? The crow in the avatar comes from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, right? Mike OC
Just a shortened version of my name. Michael O'Connor "O'C" (my nickname pronounced "Oh-See") was taken in almost every forum or other site where registration is required and usually it is too short or the site would not allow special characters or punctuation. "Mike OC" did work most places so I use it almost everywhere on the inter-web-thingie.

Dauber
People used to tell me all the time that I look like "that guy from Coach." In fact, I still hear that from time to time, most recently at the Target in Joliet, Illinois and the Sam Ash by Midway International Airport. Well...you be the judge....first, "that guy from Coach", aka "Dauber," aka Bill Fagerbakke (the guy in the yellow shirt): Now, the guy posting this message, in a self-photograph taken this summer on the Chicago Transit Authority's "Brown Line" elevated train: Edited February 8, 2007 by Dauber

Scumdogg
Mine is just my pen name in Independent Comic Book Land, one i've been using for about 8 years now. It's derived from the word "Scumdog" as applied to GWAR and their fans, with an extra "g" just to...i don't know, make it more "gangsta" i guess. +Wonder007
I've always WONDERed how I got my name. j/k You see, Wonder007 is a combination of two things plus a subliminal message... WONDER- One always WONDERs what WONDER is going to do. 007- That is from James Bond as I am like him in terms of drive and motivation. The subliminal part is something I just cannot explain. Lord Thag
Heh. Interesting thread! Let's see, 'Thag' is from one of those old Far Side cartoons. The name always struck me as very funny, so I've used it for years as a joke. No one ever uses it, so I ended up using it for all kinds of email and bboard names as it's never taken. Eventually, I decided to promote myself to 'Lord' Thag. Just fo the hell of it, you know. I mean, if you're gonna be a Thag, you might as well be an important one. It's good to be the king!
