2600 carts must go!

Sat Jul 16, 2011 5:58 PM

I have a load of 2600 carts that need to go! Most of these were given to me and some were mine when I was a kid. I mostly collected 7800, so I have no real attachment or investment in them. Since my 7800 is gone, these also need to GO! Paypal is preferred, but I’ll take money orders. Buyer pays shipping, as well as delivery confirmation. Email me you zip for a shipping quote.

I'’ve priced them to sell. I’ve graded the condition A-B-C, and so on. They’re priced based on rarity:

Here's a couple manuals. One's for the 'heavy sixer' 2600, and one is for the 'Darth Vader' 2600. .50 each.

Obviously it's rated at a '6', but how rare is it? Have you seen one, or do you own one? What is the value? The most you would pay?

Thanks!

HUGE 7800 collection for sale!

Wed Jul 6, 2011 8:46 AM

***UPDATE*** 7/20/11
I've reduced a few of the prices. I'm not going any lower than this, so get what you can now!

I’ve been collecting Atari off-and-on now since ’98. My main interest was 7800 since that was the system I had as a kid. I’ve sold off everything but the 7800, now it’s time to let them go too! I’ve tried to price the games according to what I feel they’re worth based on rarity, condition, and current market value. Remember, this was a playable collection. Most of what I have is used, even if I purchased it new and only played it once or twice. (A lot of the boxed games.) Some of the carts that are in rough condition were mine from when I was a kid. I never saw these as having potential value, so I didn’t take too much care. Anyway, I feel I’ve done a good job on the pricing, so I’m not interested in haggling. I will make a fair assessment of shipping and will try to only charge what is necessary. I would prefer to be paid via Paypal, but may except money orders. I will also request an extra dollar to each SHIPMENT (not per item) for delivery confirmation. This has to do with Paypal’s customer dispute policies. Sorry, but I will not negotiate this! I’d rather not deal with shipping outside the U.S.A., but I may consider it if you’re willing to work with m on shipping costs. I always seem to under estimate shipping abroad. Please be very clear on exactly what you’re interested in, since I have several duplicates! I prefer to do business via email (CSaab900@aol.com), or you can even call/text me (937-673-0648). PM will be answered, but not as quickly! If there’s something you want, use another method. I’ve taken several pictures of the collection, but if you like a more detailed look at something, I’ll gladly send it too you. I’ve ranked the condition of every item with an A-B-C-D-F rating; self explanatory.

**IF YOU DO NOT LIKE MY TERMS, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE FROM ME!**

There are two (2) 7800 consoles being offered as a package. One works, one does not. I have two controllers, all the packaging, power supply, but no RF connector. I’ve always used a little RCA adapter instead, which I will include. The working console is not perfect, but it’s playable. Everything for $40. (UPDATE: I also found an extra 7800 power supply, and a couple extra joysticks that I'll throw in with the package.)

Atari 3-ring service binder: I used this to store game manuals. Very nice shape and really cool! Not sure of the rarity, but I think it’s worth $10.

Light gun: Works great, but not a perfect example. Be warned; light guns will NOT work on LCD/plasma televisions! CTRs only. $10

Paddles: Don’t know much about them, but they do work. $5

Cart storage box: This is pretty cool! It holds a lot of carts (24), and will keep your collection safe. Not sure of the value, but I think $15 $10is fair.

GOOD LUCK!
