hi shipping for any ST/STE would be £80 to Canada/USA which includes all proper packaging. remember too that you may have to use either a "step up" transformer or change the power supply as this is a UK model which means it's 240v (NOT 110/117v USA)

it is an SM 144 high resolution monitor i have 1 for sale, but i'm in the UK (which will be a problem regarding voltage and expensive shipping if you are in the US / Canada etc)

hi adaptor is for high res ONLY it's not that simple for LOW/MED res, additional hardware is needed and it all gets too expensive and complicated thanks
