  1. The cheat code manager is not disabled. You *do* need to be running a game, in order to access it, though... I ran into the same 'problem' when I first started looking at Stella cheats. The cheat manager can only be active when a game is running (Press 'Tab' while running a game)
  2. Done. I fully understand and appreciate the time constraints regarding fixing this issue, and if there's anything I, with my limited skillset, can do to assist, please don't hesitate to ask...
  3. I hadn't considered that... I'll give it a try... >Time Passes... Sadly, it appears that only certain characters are allowed in the cheat code field (hex characters 0-f), so that doesn't appear to work, and/or could potentially cause other problems... I do appreciate the suggestion though...
  4. I see that this topic hasn't been addressed in several years (?), and I find myself stuck at home recovering from surgery, and I thought I'd try my hand at at least looking at cheat codes for some of the games available in Stella. What I found was - 1) I was unable to find a comprehensive cheat database file for Stella. Mention was made earlier in this thread about Bob Colbert's codes, but that site appears to have been disabled. 2) I did find a 'Cheat Trainer' but as I am not a programmer/coder, I found it to be a little over my head... I did, however manage to make use of the enclosed 'stella.cht' file, and expand upon it to include variations of ROM files included on the list. 3) I noticed that the Stella cheat engine still has a problem wherein that the presence of a cheat code enables the cheat, regardless of the state of the cheat code (enabled/disabled). The only way to disable the cheat, is to remove the code, and re enter it later, should one want to reenable the cheat. 4) I am attaching my 'stella.cht' file, in the hope that that is can serve as a base for a more comprehensive database file in the future... If it will help, I may also consider generating a a text file with the cheat codes I have, attached to the ROM/Cart file names they're used with. I know the Stella Cheat engine is a lower priority than other items on the 'To Do' list, but I, for one, would be willing to help in whatever limited capacity I can, if it'll help move this process forward. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention... I'm particularly interested in 'Dragonstomper' cheats, as well as the other Arcadia/Starpath games... stella.cht.zip
  5. ...So I just got a copy of Sella Gets A New Brain 2.0 (The CD collection of Supercharger games), and I can't quite figure out how to combine the single .bin files of the multi load games (Dragonstomper, Escape From the Mindmaster, Etc.) into one .bin file which is required for use in Stella. Is there a Mac utility that will allow me to do this?
  6. It does work, but you'll need to remove the cover of your 2600 Expansion unit to allow the SuperCharger to fit.
