Am I the only who's noticed that the certificate depicts Pac-Man eating a pink ghost? Without a power pellet?

There's no mention of this anywhere else on the internet, this is awesome. I'm curious though, the president of Atari supposedly signs it, but there's no name, score, or date. How can you be awarded a certificate that certifies nothing?
