Think the two xex files are the same version. The akosoft ATR/COM has a different bonus timer, on the first level at least, so we should stick to using the others

If we end up playing Desmond's Dungeon it's worth everyone using the same Xex cos there are some differences between versions. If I remember correctly the bonus timer varies, also level 10 or 11 isn't possible to complete on some versions. I've attached a version that works Desmond's Dungeon.xex

Looking forward to playing Desmond's or Hobgoblin, both good games!

Not played Blink's Scary School or The Great Escape before so don't know what they're like. Last Ninja 2 on the C64 is very good, but I can't vouch for the BBC/A8 version. All the others are really good games and are probably well known to most people

I was presuming that you know that you can kick the balloons up in the air if you don't quite get there in time

It does seem impossible sometimes when the balloons drop on either side of the screen at the same time.

Wow, an honour indeed. There are 9 games on my suggestion list, I'd be happy to give any of them a try. I haven't played Great Escape, Blinky's Scary School or the Atari version of The Last Ninja 2 before, so I don't know whether they're any good

Seeing as it turned out to be the winning score, and a new HSC record, a screenshot is probably in order. The game doesn't seem to get any more difficult after bridge 50-60. I got to the point where, fatigue aside, I felt like I could play for ever, gaining a life every three or four bridges. That said, I did have some more games after this one but couldn't get this far again
