  1. I was eyeing that up, Problem is finding the chain guard would be impossible unless you bought a whole nother bike since people don't part these since they are so unique.
  2. These sell for those prices? That's the low end for a collector bike, yes. In fact I know an old bike that sold for $25,000 believe it or not. The biking world is incredible and collectors don't mind shelling it out.
  3. I don't know how to say this without sounding inappropriate, but I'd love to see a video. I want to see a video of YOU riding it. That will cost $200 shipped to your door Okay, now it's time to chime in. Stan, yes - you're going to look like a fucking idiot riding this thing. What adult wouldn't? While the bike is kinda cool for what it is: faux Taito Space Invaders rip-off by who knows what brand (what's the brand?), it does feature a banana seat. Great. But no gear selection, like the cool 7-speed Schwinn I used to have way back when that's actually worth something today. This bike wouldn't sell for $10 at a garage sale. And here we have it being whored out by a newbie on a vintage gaming site such as AA, and looking for big Donald Trump dollars. Quit stroking the kid. Either take a collection or not. I for one, would put $10 towards the kitty for some asshole from Milwaukee ('cause there seems to be a lot of them there) to purchase this and then at the next vintage game "meeting" or event, all of the donators could get our friggin' pitcher (pronounces Wal-Mart shoppers) taken whilst on it. With a shit eating grin. And while doing the "thumbs up" for all the rest of the wankers who couldn't attend - to see. It could literally give new meaning to the AA "who's who" here pictorial wise. What? http://budgetbicyclectr.com/huffy-atari-space-invaders-bicycle.html http://chillicothe-oh.americanlisted.com/bicycles/nice-vintage-1980-huffy-space-invader-bicycle-bike-retro-bmx-250-chillicothe_19206401.html Considering those prices aren't including shipping of any kind, I think I'm pretty fair with my price. True, I did join the forum to sell something, but I thought die hards like you would enjoy this more than Joe Schmoe off the street. Plus I'm enjoying learning things about vintage gaming while I'm here. I'm sorry to dissapoint you, but after translating your little rant there, I'm a little offended. I hope the rest of the gaming world is different...

  5. Anyone will look sexy on this bike... If it helps, I'm all of 5'8" but it feels fine to ride for me. I bet you're all jealous that I can step outside and ride this around as much as I want right now
  6. Ditto. Didn't start hearing that till recently, I assume it means you need alot of muscle to ride them since they don't have shift able gears. They didn't call them muscle cars back then either....
  7. I see... thanks for letting me know, ha.
  8. That would muscle spelled wrong....haha Do you have it in pink? I don't know what you're getting at man..... Just thought some avid gamers would love this bike.
  9. That would muscle spelled wrong....haha
  10. I came across this and would rather see it go to an avid gamer/collector of this type of thing. It's a Huffy early 80's space invaders muscle bike. The bike is actually quite rare since not many have survived over the years or kids beat them up beyond repair. This one has non original grips and missing the front reflector with some surface rust down around around the crank (which I will try to clean up) other than that the bike is complete with sweet decals on it. Yes there is a small hole and rip in the seat, but it still functions and looks great for its age. I'm looking to get $200 which includes shipping to the continental US. Pretty cool for your game room:) Couldn't attach pics for some reason so here is a photobucket link. If you need more pictures, just let me know your email and I'll send them. Thanks for looking! http://s6.photobucket.com/albums/y248/Euphman06/Huffy%20Space%20Invaders/
